This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Doblly platform and services. By using Doblly, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Doblly to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
• Sell or promote illegal goods or services.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Transmit spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
• Exploit or harm minors.
• Promote violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• Engage in money laundering or financial fraud.

2. Restricted Products & Services

Merchants may not use Doblly to sell or facilitate the sale of products or services that are restricted or illegal under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Counterfeit goods
• Weapons or explosive materials
• Stolen goods
• Unauthorized financial schemes
• Any product prohibited by local, national, or international law

3. Platform Integrity

You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Doblly platform. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Reverse engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Circumventing security measures
• Using automated systems to overload infrastructure

4. AI & Automated Tools

Doblly may provide AI-assisted tools. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the legality and accuracy of any AI-generated content. AI tools may not be used to generate unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material.

5. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Doblly complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy, and data protection laws.

6. Enforcement & Suspension

Doblly reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice if we determine that a violation has occurred or if required by law.
