Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Doblly platform (“Platform” or “Service”), operated by Kickol.net, a registered business in Israel.

By accessing or using Doblly, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Services Provided

Doblly provides an eCommerce SaaS platform enabling users worldwide to create, manage and operate online stores. Features may include hosting, store builder tools, AI content generation, integrations with AliExpress, blog automation, payment gateway integrations, analytics, and subscription management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscription Plans and Fees

Doblly offers monthly and annual paid subscription plans. Annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

A Free Plan is available permanently. However, once a sale occurs, a 2% transaction fee will be charged on completed transactions.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Payment Obligations

You authorize Doblly to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including subscription fees, transaction fees and outstanding balances.

Failure to resolve unpaid balances may result in store suspension. Continued non-payment may lead to permanent deletion of your store and data.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activities. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, controlled substances, or any products restricted under applicable laws.

Doblly reserves the right to remove stores that violate these policies.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Platform, you grant Doblly a limited license to host and display such content for the purpose of operating the Service.

All rights, title and interest in the Doblly platform, software and branding remain the exclusive property of Kickol.net.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party providers including payment processors and AliExpress. Doblly is not responsible for third-party services or their compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doblly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by applicable law.
