Users are prohibited from:

3. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our platform.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content is removed due to a DMCA notice, and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the removed content and its original location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

Doblly may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Safe Harbor Compliance

Doblly complies with the DMCA safe harbor provisions for online service providers. We will act expeditiously to remove infringing content upon receiving proper notification and take appropriate action against repeat infringers.
