Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy governs ownership, licensing, and protection of intellectual property rights in connection with the Doblly platform. By using Doblly, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Ownership of the Doblly Platform

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Doblly platform, including software, source code, design, trademarks, branding, logos, features, AI systems, and proprietary technology, are owned exclusively by Doblly or its licensors.

Nothing in this Policy grants users ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

2. Merchant Content

Merchants retain ownership of content they upload to their stores, including product descriptions, images, videos, branding materials, and other materials ("Merchant Content").

By uploading Merchant Content, you grant Doblly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing platform services.

3. End Customer Content

Any reviews, comments, or user-generated content submitted by end customers may be displayed within the merchant’s store. Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use such content.

4. Trademarks

"Doblly" and associated logos are trademarks of Doblly. Users may not use Doblly trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written consent.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their store names, logos, and product branding do not infringe third-party trademark rights.

5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)

Doblly respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement claims. If you believe that content hosted on Doblly infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including:

• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your electronic or physical signature

6. Repeat Infringers

Doblly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

7. AI-Generated Content

Doblly may provide AI tools that generate content. Merchants are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication. Doblly does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims.

8. Unauthorized Use

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Doblly platform except as expressly permitted under the Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

Doblly may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
