1. Access Orders

On the left menu, click Orders.

You will see the Orders list, which displays all customer orders with details such as:

• Order ID
• Customer Name
• Date
• Payment Status
• Order Status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Completed, Canceled)
• Total Amount

2. Viewing Order Details

Click on the order you want to check to open the details page. On this page, you will see the following information:

Shipping Information

• Name: Customer name
• Email: Customer email address
• City / State / Country / Postal Code
• Phone: Phone number

Billing Information

Same information as shipping address:

• Name
• Email
• City / State / Country / Zip code
• Phone

Items from Order

• Item: Product name
• Quantity: Quantity
• Total: Total price

Order Summary

• Sub Total: Amount before tax
• Estimated Tax: Estimated tax
• Discount: Discount if applicable
• Delivery Charges: Shipping cost
• Grand Total: Final amount to pay
• Return: Return amount (if applicable)
• Payment Type: Payment method (e.g. Bank Transfer)
• Order Status: Order status (Pending, Processing, etc.)
• Last Return Date: Last date to return an order
